Make sure you have a copy of all communication. They are unable to return calls, emails or except medical certificates - yet will stop your payment. I find it rediculas that a company apparently helping people find work can not reply to work related matters for over 6 days, only prompted by further emails. Hopeless!

Not happy feel they don’t know what to do about me and feel like there not really trying to help me on a one on one basis send me to a group course cause it’s easier for consultants than deal with resumes and cover letters for clintents one on one.
