  I have been waiting for the call from the service centre for almost a week to explain about the scratch marks they leave on my car after seevice. Each day i have to call n leave a message. They took my number each time and told me that someone will call me. I have no option left than calling BMW Australia to make a written complaint.
  Plz for got sake don't take ur car to BMW toowoomba armstrong otherwise u will regret for it.
