  I rang ahead to book an appointment after quite a few calls i got through. Then i went in with my daughter so she could get a more reliable phone because she was traveling the next day. The girl in there only wanted to sell a s8 samsung ( thats ok ) even though we wanted a s7 like mine so i could help her. The staff member sent us on our way without setting the new phone up. It's the next day now my daughter leaves soon and she has no phone working. When i got my phone the staff member was great. The girl we got yesterday should be looking for another job.
